Description

Application:

TDI belongs to isocyanate products, which are widely used in producing polyurethane elastomers, top-grade polyurethane coating, and other industries. It is an isocyanate ester product, that can replace all or part of the T80, and can improve the compression load of the product, it is widely used in the production of polyester-based soft foam, high-bearing sponges, semi-rigid ester foam, high resilience, slow rebound, paint, and other industries.

Package:

Delivery time:

  • prompt delivery

Capacity:

  • 100,000 MT TONS/YEAR

Combustion and Explosion Hazards:

Combustible, vapor and air can form explosive mixtures and can cause combustion or explosion when exposed to open flame and high heat. Vapor is heavier than air, can be diffused to a considerable distance at a lower place, and will catch fire and explode when it meets an ignition source.

Health Hazards

High-concentration exposure directly damages respiratory mucosa, wheezing bronchitis occurs, and can cause pneumonia and pulmonary edema. Vapor and liquid are irritating to the eyes. Some workers become sensitized after multiple exposures to this product, and subsequent exposure to even very minute amounts can cause typical asthma attacks. Sensitizing to skin.
