Description

Description:

Thiourea has a wide range of applications in petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals, many pharmaceutical molecules contain structural fragments of thiourea, and thiourea is also an important intermediate in the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds. For example, many oral hypoglycemic drugs and antithyroid drugs on the market belong to thiourea molecules.

In addition, thiourea compounds have good insecticidal activity and are widely used in the field of pesticides. Organic synthesis for the manufacture of methyl thiourea, diethyl thiourea, diphenyl thiourea, thiourea dioxide, and other thiourea derivatives, the system o-phthalene dichemicalbook formic anhydride and a fumaric acid catalyst. Used in the preparation of epoxy resin fast curing agent, synthetic resin coating, and anion exchange resin.

It can also be used as a toughening agent for melamine formaldehyde resin adhesive. In photographic materials, thiourea can be used as a developer and toner, azo-sensitive paper-reducing agent. It is also used as a vulcanization accelerator for rubber, a flotation agent for metal minerals, dyeing, and dyeing auxiliaries, processing auxiliaries for fabrics, nylon and polyester fibers, paper treatment agents, electroplating additives, metal antirust agents, pesticides, fertilizers and so on.

Application:

  • It is used to synthesize drugs such as sulfathiazole, methionine, and fat-pig slices.
  • Used as raw material for dyestuff and dyeing auxiliaries, resin, and press-plastic powder.
  • It can also be used as a vulcanization accelerator for rubber, a flotation agent for metal minerals, a catalyst for making phthalic anhydride and fumaric acid, and as a metal corrosion inhibitor.
  • In photographic materials, can be used as a developer and toner.
  • It can also be used in the electroplating industry. Thiourea is also used in diazo photosensitive paper, synthetic resin coatings, anion exchange resins, germination accelerators, fungicides, and many other aspects.
  • Thiourea is also used as a fertilizer.
Used in the manufacture of drugs, dyes, resins, plastic powder, rubber vulcanization accelerators, metal mineral flotation agents, and other raw materials.
