Performance Uses

The corrosion inhibitor can effectively inhibit the corrosion of active sulfur (H2S, S) and naphthenic acid at high temperatures (260-400℃) during crude oil processing, and is widely used to solve the high-temperature bit corrosion of high-sulfur, high-acid oils in the process of reduced-pressure distillation, and the rate of corrosion inhibition is generally ≥90%.

Usage

Original liquid or diluted with diesel oil into 10-20% solution and then injected directly by metering pump, the amount injected during the film-forming period is about 80-120PPm (in terms of original liquid), and the normal amount injected is about 20-50ppm. The injection point is generally in the middle of the second line of reflux, in order to better prevent high-temperature corrosion, but also from the primary distillation tower inlet, normal two, the bottom of the normal pressure tower, minus one, minus two five points of injection, the injection amount of 20-50ppm (based on the flow rate of the place as the basis).

Packing and storage

Packed in 200L iron (plastic) drums, or other forms of packaging according to user requirements. Avoid sunshine, store in a ventilated and dry place.
